Careful to not eat carbs after fasting

Intermittent fasting has been one of my keys to unlocking a lot of weight-loss. BUT, its not good for the body to be flooded with carbs after fasting. (particularly long fasting sessions) This is why keeping to a Ketogenic Diet is a good way to break your fast, as it won't spike your insulin.
